Description
Enterprise II – Aspirating Mixer 7.5HP
The Enterprise II – Aspirating Mixer 7.5HP functions as an axial flow propeller pump within a scientifically designed pump volute. It actively propels a substantial volume of water past the four patented multi-purpose vanes, significantly increasing the velocity of the propelled fluids. Additionally, the vanes serve as flow straighteners and remain open on the low-pressure side. The mixer actively draws air into the air plenum, which then integrates with the liquid stream. The convergence of air and liquid within the nozzle chamber fosters intimate turbulent contact, resulting in the creation of an emulsion comprising oxygen-charged liquid. This emulsion is subsequently discharged into the main body of water.

Mounting Options
Mast Mount:
Optional 304SS motor support and mount. The mount fits to a 4″ square tube mast (not included‚ source locally). For installation in concrete or steel tank basins, this method of installation incorporates a stainless steel fixed mounted guide rail. With the dual-purpose upper mast support and rotational base plate, the Enterprise II can be rotated and set at any angle. The jib boom, supplied with a manual marine winch, allows the unit to be raised or lowered for variable depth operation and easily removed for required inspection or service.
Float Mount:
The optional pontoon floating mount proves ideal for lagoons and oxidation ditches, as well as ponds, lakes, and areas with fluctuating water levels. This installation method involves the use of polystyrene foam-filled stainless steel pontoons. Users can effortlessly raise or lower the Enterprise II to a maximum depth of 5′ (five feet), and the unit offers the flexibility to be set at different angles.
