Air-O-Lator Enterprise – Aspirating Mixer, ½ Horsepower Blue Water Test

We headed down to the lake to test out our Enterprise aspirating mixer. We added blue dye food coloring into the intake of the Enterprise nozzle you can see how quickly the Enterprise will mix and disperse the water and filmed it with a drone so you can see how quickly it works in real time.

About the Enterprise

The Enterprise is a horizontal aspirating mixer that produces a pumping volume of 500 to 1,000 gallons of water per minute as well as 25 to 35 pounds of thrust. The Enterprise will also produce 15 to 25 cubic feet of air per minute. The venture nozzle pulls air into the nozzle where the air and water are mixed and discharged into the main body of water. Within 2 minutes this ½ horsepower Enterprise has discharged 1,000 gallons of water, mixed 30 cubic feet of air into the water and has dispersed the water/air mixture over a 100’ diameter area.

The Enterprise has many applications, aquaculture, stormwater basins, ponds, lakes, marinas and many more. There are three (3) mounting options available. The winch mount, floating or bottom mount.
